Terms of Use

ilo provides scheduling, task management, multi-account organization, and related productivity features. If you authorize Google access, ilo may display, organize, sync, create, and update Google Calendar events, Google Tasks lists, and Google Tasks items across the accounts you connect.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features when necessary for operations, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.

You must use a valid account and provide accurate information when you sign in or connect external services. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your authentication methods secure.

• Do not use another person's account without permission.
• Do not submit false or misleading identity or billing information.
• You must promptly update information that affects billing, notices, or account recovery.

ilo may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Unless you cancel before the next renewal date, your subscription renews automatically for the same billing cycle.

Payments are processed by a payment service provider designated by ilo. Taxes, foreign transaction fees, or similar charges may apply depending on your region and payment method.

You can cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal date to stop future charges. After cancellation, you can continue using paid features until the end of the current paid term.

• If you cancel an annual discounted plan before the end of the term, the cancellation stops the next annual renewal. The remaining portion of the current annual term is generally non-refundable and remains available until the end of that term.
• Upgrades may take effect immediately and may include a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period.
• Downgrades or switches to a lower-priced plan are generally applied at the next renewal date unless we explicitly state otherwise in the billing flow.
• Recent subscription payments are generally non-refundable except when required by law, when we expressly offer a refund window, or when we discontinue the paid service for reasons attributable to us.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, limit paid features, or move the account to a free plan.

You may not use ilo for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, security testing without permission, reverse engineering beyond what law allows, or attempts to evade pricing, rate limits, or account restrictions.

Google user data and other connected data may only be used through ilo for your legitimate productivity workflows. You remain responsible for the legality of the data you connect, sync, create, update, or store.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create material security risk, abuse the service, or if we must do so for legal or operational reasons.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise in the billing flow, account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

If you submit an account deletion request, ilo may immediately revoke stored integrations and start a scheduled deletion flow as described in the Privacy Policy.

ilo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or compatibility with all third-party services at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and unresolved disputes may be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over ilo's principal place of business, subject to applicable law.
