We collect the minimum information needed to operate ilo and provide the features you choose to use.

• Account and authentication information such as email address, profile name, profile image identifier, and session-related identifiers.
• Google Calendar events, Google Tasks lists, Google Tasks items, and user-entered content that you choose to connect, sync, create, update, or edit through the service.
• Usage, device, browser, and diagnostic information such as log records, feature usage events, and basic technical metadata.
• Subscription and billing information such as plan type, billing cycle, transaction status, invoice records, tax-related billing details, and limited payment identifiers supplied by our payment processor.
• Support and feedback communications that you send to us.

We use personal data to authenticate users, operate and improve the service, connect Google services you authorize, deliver sync and productivity features, process subscriptions and billing, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

If you connect Google services, ilo may read, display, organize, sync, create, and update Calendar events, task lists, and tasks so the service can perform the workflow you requested.

If you connect Google services, we use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are directly requested by you. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as required for core service functionality, security, legal compliance, or with your direction.

We do not allow humans to read Google user data for general product analysis. Access may happen only when needed for support you requested, security investigation, legal compliance, or when you explicitly direct us to review specific data.

We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate ilo.

• Infrastructure, hosting, database, analytics, email, and customer support vendors.
• Payment processors that handle subscription charges, invoicing, tax calculation, payment authentication, and charge dispute workflows.
• Professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where legally required.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. If you request account deletion, ilo immediately revokes stored integrations and begins a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion. Billing records may be retained longer where law requires.

If you disconnect a linked Google account, ilo attempts to revoke the stored Google token and soft-deletes synced items from that connected account from active views.

We use safeguards such as encrypted transport, access controls, and operational restrictions designed to protect personal data. No security system is perfect, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Payment card numbers and similar full payment credentials are generally processed by our payment processor rather than stored directly by ilo. ilo may store billing contact details, country, plan, renewal date, invoice history, payment status, and limited processor-provided identifiers needed to manage subscriptions and support requests.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You can disconnect Google access through the service where available, and you can also remove ilo from your Google permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation may be separate actions. If you want to stop future subscription charges, make sure you complete the subscription cancellation flow.
